Sidework Facilities Management was built in the restaurant industry an environment where downtime is unacceptable, margins are tight, and problems must be solved quickly and correctly the first time. Our founders spent their entire careers in restaurants, working across facilities management, development, operations, finance, accounting, and both front and back of house. That experience shaped everything we do. Restaurants demand discipline, urgency, and transparency. If a walk-in fails, a kitchen goes down, or a dining room can’t open, the business stops. We took those hard earned lessons and built a facilities management program designed to perform under pressure and then applied that same approach across other asset intensive environments.

Today, Sidework delivers facilities management support for Restaurants, Retail, Corporate/Office, Education, Entertainment, Municipal, and Health + Science sectors. While many facilities programs rely heavily on software alone, we know that technology is only as effective as the people managing it. Sidework bridges that gap. We manage the operational environment that a CMMS creates bringing structure, accountability, and experienced oversight to every work order, vendor interaction, and asset lifecycle.
